HOW DO WE DO IT? With specific referral to implementation of ISO 9002/14001/18001 systems; Initial visit to your company. Free of charge, if within 100km from Pretoria. We do an assessment of your situation and quote accordingly. On average any company in South Africa, depending on its size, should be able to go for certification within eight (8) to fourteen (14) months. On acceptance of our quote we will immediately assist you in the drafting of your Policy and Management Manual. We will lead the Initial Review (Initial Impact Assessment), identifying all applicable aspects/risks and impacts/hazards and assist with significance ratings thereof. Setting of Objectives and Targets. We will assist in the drafting and compiling of all tier 1, 2 and 3 procedures, according to our tested and tried methods. We will assist you in the full implementation of your Management System. We will present all applicable awareness training and assist in compiling of job specific training. We will be with your company on average, two (2) to four (4) full working days per month, depending on your situation. We will assist and advise on all operational and physical rectification. Internal Audits. We will assist you until final Certification. Once you have received Certification, we will if you so choose, service your company a day a month for at least one year after Certification.
